Your HOA’s books stay with your HOA

The app runs in the browser and talks straight to Google. Nothing passes through a KeepHOA server, and it works offline.
Books in your Google Drive
The books are one file in the HOA’s own Google Drive, shared with the board — or kept on one computer only, if you prefer.
The narrowest permission
KeepHOA can only open files it created or that you pick — never the rest of your Drive. Only the purchase of a license ever reaches us.

Is KeepHOA a management company?
No. KeepHOA is software, not a service. We are not accountants, auditors, attorneys or a property manager; the board keeps its own books, and KeepHOA helps the treasurer do it.
Can KeepHOA see our financial data?
No. The app runs in your browser and saves to your HOA’s Google Drive, or to one computer if you choose. There is no KeepHOA server holding your books. The only thing that ever reaches us is the purchase of a license.
