No live bank feed
You import the bank’s CSV, OFX or QFX download instead; KeepHOA never imports the same row twice.
No owner portal
No homeowner logins, violations tracking or community website. If you need those, see how the alternatives compare.
If you don’t buy, your books stay yours. When the trial ends without a licence, KeepHOA stops recording new transactions — and that’s all. It keeps opening your books, showing them, producing every report and exporting your data, permanently. That’s in our terms of service.
KeepHOA is software, not a service: it isn’t an accountant, and it doesn’t prepare tax returns.

Do board members or homes cost extra?
No. Everyone who serves on your association’s board can use KeepHOA at no extra cost, and there are no per-home, per-user or per-month charges.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you haven’t added a licence, KeepHOA stops recording new transactions. It still opens your books, shows them, produces every report and exports your data — permanently. We don’t hold your records back to make you buy.
Can we get a refund?
Yes. If KeepHOA isn’t right for your association, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund it. You don’t need to give a reason. See the terms.
Does one licence cover several associations?
No. A licence is for one association. Each association you keep books for needs its own.
Is payment processing included?
KeepHOA doesn’t process homeowner payments, so there are no payment fees. Homeowners pay the way they do today and you record it; statements can carry your HOA’s own payment link or QR code.
